Please note that, due to system limitations, we are unable to change the payment method after the order has been confirmed. Kindly select your payment method carefully in advance.

[Credit Card Payment]

Accepted credit cards: Mastercard / VISA / American Express / JCB
Your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

[Bank Transfer (Japan only)]

Bank details will be provided by email.
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make your payment after confirming the quotation email sent separately by us.
If the name of the account holder differs from the order name, please notify us in advance. Without prior notice, confirmation of payment may be delayed, which could result in delayed shipment.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
If payment is not received within seven days of placing your order, the order will be canceled.

• Products are generally made to order. Please allow approximately four weeks from the time of order (excluding items marked as in stock or available for immediate delivery).
• Items other than large furniture such as sofas and tables will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
  Please note that delivery is made to the entrance of your home.
• Large furniture items will be delivered via a specialized furniture delivery service. Unpacking, installation, and removal of packaging materials will all be handled by the delivery company, so you can receive your items with peace of mind.Assembly service is available for some products. Please contact us for details.
• For international shipping, we will contact you separately.

• We do not accept cancellations after order confirmation.
• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, changes, or cancellations after the delivery date has been confirmed (after the delivery confirmation email has been sent), including cases where the color or texture differs from your expectations. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
• If payment or communication is not received within seven days of placing your order, we may cancel the order at our discretion.
• While we take every precaution in inspecting product quality, if there is any damage, defect, or incorrect item, please contact us within three days of receiving the product.
• If damage, defects, or incorrect items are confirmed by Ishinomaki Laboratory, we will cover the costs of repair or replacement with a new product.
• If the product is damaged during delivery, please do not discard any packaging or enclosed materials and contact us immediately while keeping the item in its original packaging condition.
• Please note that product colors, images, and textures displayed on computer screens may differ from the actual product depending on your display and viewing environment.

• The warranty period is one year.
• The warranty covers only physical defects or damage to the product itself. Damage to floors, walls, or other property, as well as personal injury, injury to animals, or any incidental or consequential damages, are not covered under the warranty.
• Discoloration due to sun exposure, sagging, scratches or stains resulting from use, and natural deterioration over time are also not covered under the warranty.
